A Guardian Angel watching someoene. The city at night is a dangerous place, and his human has to be watched carefully at all times...


Charcoal. The angel's body drawn roughly basing on a photo in an anatomy book.

Noticed a funny thing, gargoyles were built to fend off evil spirits... so whoever is watched by this angel gets a double protection :)

It was made as a gift :) I am really satisified with the result, even though I know my skills are poor as a beginner .

I've been drawing for years, and have kinda improved my style a little only recently, I am not entirely satisfied ;) When I look at the works of other deviantart artists ...o_O An art workshop I begun to frequent this year helps a bit -perheaps you should try one too :) If it is well run, it could be tremendously helpful :)

I am thinking about it, and I'd really like to, but I dont have the money for classes... I am mostly self taught.... and it shows :P

I went to free classes organised by the city - it took place in a small hired flat, and was run by an art graduate, and I was reluctant to go there, fearing it would be a waste of time. It came out ok, not as good as ';professional' classes, probably, but immensely helpful anyway, and I met many nice people there :)

Perheaps there is something similar near your place ?

Najlepiej wyszły panu skrzydła :] tylko troszeczkę klatka odstaje... ale to mało widoczne :]
